Thanks for the fast response! That seemed to go better, but it froze in the first map at the precise moment that my character died. Log says that it's line 37 again.

Same here, I'm afraid :( I'm running Win7x64 / Radeon 5850 with admin rights. I've also tried XP compatibility mode, but no luck. The freeze happens randomly, and doesn't need any input - I'm only using the mouse, so no keys have been pressed. Normally I get to play for around a minute before it die...
