Early Hungarian could have Teutonic or Later Polish but not Moldavian or Cuman

Does that mean Armenian allies are allowed for Nikephorian Byzantine or Allies can only come from the nations listed?

All Roman armies must field 1 Average Latin/ Italian Legion, with its own BG of Cavalry. A total of 2 BGs of Cavalry must be fielded in any Roman army, excluding allies.
