Solution:

Go to Steam upper bar - Choose "Help"

Select "Steam Support"

Select "Games and Software"

in Search Bar type: Starship and Select the game

Choose "I want to Permanently remove this from my Steam Library" (Removing the old free beta not your new beta access)

Confirm then Activate the ...
