I too am having trouble with the game freezing when I play the allies vs the axis AI. At the end of the axis turn (turn 36), the game freezes. What is the fix for this? It never happens when I play the axis.

Though I have only recently started my first PBEM game, I think that I can help you through the first steps. Do you have a preference - axis or allies?

I started a game with another opponent, but he could not load my second move (got an error message about the game being saved in an earlier version). I don't know whether that game is going to continue. Regardless, I would be happy to start a game with you, if you would like to give it a go.

Would like to play a casual and friendly PBEM game. Have only played AI before, so would take time to learn multiplayer. Another beginner would be preferable.

I have not played a multiplayer game before, but I would like to give it a try, though you might have to walk me through the basics of PBEM.

Please ignore my last post. I finally got the expansion to work by installing it in the correct folder. Thanks for all the good counsel. And thanks for a really good game.
