I recently had to reinstall this game on my Win 10 i5 PC. I've played over 800 hrs.. now I get an error message - Directx runtime required. But I have Direct X already on my system. has anyone experienced this or know a fix please?

Hi,

Trying to get an answer to the Assign Hero. When selecting the hero for a unit (German) the only way to exit the command is by pressing the cancel button.
Is this a fault or am I doing something wrong?
