Game would not launch. Error with Config file reported. Resolved this with "run as Admin" and reinstall. Now Start Menu Launches but pressing "PLAY" button does nothing. Was working fine last week?

Hi. I have no sound after installing the game. Also noticed that upgrade pages do not allow scrolling.

Do i have to try a reinstall and if so how can I save my saved games?
