SE units, captured units

Some questions for DLCs
I see SE units do not take deployment slots, can someone please clarify what is required to get them, what missions you get them etc.
Captured units do take deployment slots? What happens to them if upgraded to German equipment types?

download help needed

Well, unfortunately, I burnt out my HDDs installing a new fan of all things.
Obvious question is how to download Panzer Corps and DLCs again?
I do have original emails confirming purchase, with keys and download links, but those download links are no longer functioning.

purchasing panzer corps

Just asking if somebody recently purchased panzer corps.
Asking because slitherine advertises 33% off and matrix 25% off, but the prices are the same at both sites.
So the question is if the price advertised 29.99$ is the final one, if not when is the discount applied?
