tried reinstall, start new game, same problem

need a fix soon, otherwise i need a refund or credit to buy another game

please advise how to proceed

i'm playing grande campaign. i've actually started a new game , chosen entirely different tribe etc ... same behaviour, after 2 or 3 cities conquered, as soon as the cursor overs the last city taken the game crashes

does it make sense to keep investigating and trying to find a solution for ...

i did thought it happened always after battle, but now it is happening even without any action ... or apparent action ... as soon as i moved the cursor close to the last city conquered ... puff: crash

Same problem here but with Vista

Already tried downloading and installing patch 1.14 but when i run it it says it does not find cow to be installed on the machine ... very weird

any help appreciated
