Addendum: On newer Macs, problem could be a new viewer of Java that was designed specifically for Big Sur. The game crashes at launch. My opponent will try reverting to a Mac Java version, with which the game worked on his old Mac. I'm not sure how this relates to the patch itself, my other opponent...

Hi Peter, in the last week I learnt from two of my game partners that they have problems with the above class files. Both are using Mac. I am waiting for concrete symptoms/error messages, I'll post them once I know. In the mean time, are you aware of any (potential) issues? Thanks for the your help.
