I'd recommend learning how to spend your prestige wisely. Plan your core force, upgrade it when needed, make sure you don't lose too many health points while fighting, to limit your prestige expense. Until now I only use "normal replacements" and the reason is that I fear, that I don't have enough points for an appropriate upgrade when I enter the USA.
