A question, with respect to army ELO ratings does the system take into account the relative ratings of the players or does it assume that all players are equal to calculate the ELO of the armies?

The army ranking is NOT taking any player's strength into account.

One small error for correction please. When you select an army by record the heading for the ELO Graph is in German even when the user's language is English. The heading shows 'ELO-Historie für Later Horse Nomad' for example even though the top of the page reads 'Details for Army Later Horse Nomad ...

Nope sorry, depending on when and where you send them they might have gone into the great data nirvana during the move. If you send them before the move started... I've no inkling what might have happened.
