It's a "half bug" 🙂 I tried it on a hotseat game. The jeep can be deployed and heal a bunker or hangar or anything at arrival but if you remove it then it can't be deployed again in the deploy phase. Although the healed unit remains healed It can be deployed in further turns but it's not ...

Tbh, the only reason you've got a jeep on that scenario is that I wanted the USA to have the specialism that gives RP for being in combat. The jeep is just a bonus. I tried the jeep once again and it can be handy to strengthen a hangar at the start of the scenario to 6 points. Other option is fixing the anti ship guns so they do a bit of damage to warships. Also sometimes something goed wrong and you won't receive turn updates by email like what happened to me with my recent FOG Medieval tournament ( I noticed after 3 days) so be sure to check in game as well.
