i fixed it. it was an issue with onedrive thanks for responding

I launch my game and skip the intro and it sits on the loading screen forever. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times as well as hit the "verify the integrity of game files" on steam, and it still won't work. it worked on the Onslaught update but it hasn't worked since the last patch...
