Great the hotfix fixed all my loading issues so now I can get on and play a great game.
Thanks a lot for the mod and all the help to get it up and running.

I only see the DOS box when I Ctrl Alt Del out of hanging application. I have not done a manual install on this one although I have tried earlier and then deleted all files created and started with clean install of game and added patches then loaded GS from installer.

Yes it hangs on the Firepower Entertainment header. But just checked DOS box and get following: "Checking ..... Scenario 1939 Found loadable Checks out.skipping" Then scenario 40 and 41 load ok Then says"Problem main menu Init" So may be to do with loading scenarios/map data. Iai...

Slitherine version on Vista 64

I have loaded above and first time game opened correctly and I managed to play game. Next time I tried to go into the game it does not get past the second title screen? Any ideas why this won't load. The original game (patched to ver 1.12 works fine)
