No Prestige units in Spanish Civil War

Hi, I dont seem to be receiving any Verdeja or P II units even after spending the prestige points.
Is this a known bug? I could not find it...

Good afternoon,
in the spanish civil war campaign my 3 Mission map starts without textures/terrain , no mountains , just plain dirt/desert...
Any fix for this?
