Just to keep it short: I mailed my bug with not getting the 1939 prestige sink to the devs and i got the answer to switch the game language to english.
Then it worked. Just if someone else also got this issue.

Did anyone else notice map-tearing while scrolling? idk if it is working as intended atm. i do have a 144hz Monitor (MSI Optix MAG241C) wired to a GTX1070 - but also a 2nd Monitor that doesn't support 144hz.
It might just be a Nvidia Driver error but i think that i got the latest driver version.

Same Problem with the Installation here. It only installs on my C: Drive which only holds my Windows 10 as it is a small SSD.
Couldn't select any other drive for the installation - and i own all panzer corps parts so far...
