After installing program will not run. I get message, 'Plugin 'AISupport' failed to load because module 'AISupportModule' cound not be found.

Running Windows 10 with DX12. Panzer Corp2 won't run. Get error message, "DX11 feature level 10.0 required to run the engine"

Is there a fix? Or do I need to request refund?

Sitting at home doing the self-quarantine. Downloading and installing now. Can't wait to start playing and take my mind on Covid-19.
