Changing files to .mp3 instead of .wav solved the problem. No one crush during last half-hour.

As for my audio drivers, automated update system says that audio has the latest drivers and it need not be updated.

As I see, the problem is in codec pack or something that ...

Let us start to do a little test.
Inside Panzer Corps main folder, rename the subfolder " audio " to " _audio ".
Now try out the game. Let us see if the problem is related with audio or not.
Then report back, please.
