Are patches automatically installed by slitherine ? Does the user have to do anything like downloading the patch or what?

Maps look good however, are all the scenarios planned to be random in design...so there would be no more historical battles?

I am sign up for the 2018 PC Tournement

I bought 42/42/44/45, I bought the disc version.
I loaded '43 & '43 and multiplayer still worked but when I added the 44/45 game, multiplayer ceased to function.

Where are the new upgrades for panzer corps? I see nothing posted on slitherine or matrix games for upgrading pc. When I went to use pc this morning, it did not work and said there was a new upgrade to download but I can find no new patches as of this date for it? Was ist los?
