because some of the early suggestions say to use autorun.exe or should I be using the SOWGB.exe?

should I use the autorun.exe file to do the changes or something else?

The first time I ran the game it went perfectly fine. I then took the autorun.exe file and put it on my desktop screen so I could quickly access it. After that it has always been these red blocks for the texts and trees. I tried running a test on it, but the changes wouldn't work, it kept saying som...
