Malaya Zemlya scenario (Red Steel)

I purchased the newest Red Steel expansion to Order or Battle, and I keep "failing" or losing the scenario (Malaya Zemlya). It gives a vague reason why at turn 4. I have been doing lots of research and still cannot find out why it is doing that. Can anyone tell me what is going on? :? Mala...
