This is basically explaining how to easily transfer save games from the PC to the iPad for FTL. Would the same work for PC? Can someone confirm/test it?

So I finally got my iPad and I am eager to start playing, any updates on this? May I suggest an even easier solution, if transfering proper savegames is too hard, just transfer the core unit file that you get after each of the Grand Campaign DLC's? That would be sufficient for the beginning, I'd say.

thanks for the reply! This sounds awesome, thanks for implementing that. I really don't know what the best way is, I am fine with anything, just go with what is easiest to implement. Maybe just an API to dropbox or whatever would do the job.

how can you be sure there is not more capturable units in various maps? since there is many defense missions you probably havent tried to capture all towns on all maps because they would be too hard to win without focusing on prime mission target.

Another question: Is there a limit on how many tanks you can capture per DLC? I did not get the one in the Demyansk Pocket scenario, so I am thinking because I already had 5 russian tanks before Demyansk (three T-34 and two KV), I didn't get the 6th?
