[MOD] Empires HotSeat

FoGII has a Hotseat option, but unfortunately, it doesn't have any effect on battles exported from FoG:Empires. I noticed that when starting the 550bc campaign the nations setup is quite different than in vanilla, for example there is Dardarni faction north of Macedonia, while it is not present in vanilla 550bc.
