I tried deleteing these files, did not solve my issue.
The program executable will not run.
I get no program termination or error message, just blank screen and less than a minute later return to desk top,

No, I did not download the software that facilitates showing the introduction.
It was stated that this software is not needed to run the program and is only for the introduction.
There is very little time lapse between hit play or directly run the executable, before returns to desktop.
