There's your problem. Trains do not behave the same as trucks. You cannot toggle embark/disembark, if you do so, you lose the unit's turn.

What you describe is not correct behavior. I tried it myself, and if I reselect the train after moving other units, I still can move it. So not sure why you cannot do it. Do you have a saved game illustrating the problem?

One more question to Train Transport. I mounted a troop to a train and then i see the hexes where i can move and if i move immediatelly everything is ok.
But if i click on another unit i am not able to move the train in the same turn. Does this work as aspected or am i doing something wrong?

You said the victory message said: "Axis Wins". This only occurs during solo play scenarios.
If you were playing the 1939 campaign, the message would say: "Marginal Victory."

After finishing the tutorial, i started the poland-campaign. I won with 2 turns before it ends, so i think it was a marginal victory. Ok, it says "Axis wins" and then... i found myself at the Menu-Screen ...
