Well, I created the folder and dropped the Poland2.pzscn file into it. Nada...

I tried two ways, one with the file only in the new Scenario folder I created and one with the file in both locations at the same time, the new Scenario folder and the original Programs/Slitherine/Panzer Corps/Data ...

I've modified the existing Polish scenario in the scenario editor and then saved it as Poland2.pzscn. I cannot see it in my Custom Scenario screen under New Game/Scenario/Custom Scenario.

I noticed it says to also save the file in My Documents/My Games/Panzer Corps/Scenarios however, that folder ...
