In a region with Irrigation canals, I can now build wells.

In a region with Major temple. I have the Cult Site option.

Clay pits can be built in regions where quarries can. Building a Clay pit stops me from getting the quarry option. Also the builders guild seems to be missing, or have odd requirments.
