Ive tried that many times but I keep on getting a return mail saying that it didnt deliver????

I got a new laptop for christmas. tried to load it up on the new machine but it didnt work... asking for a serial key. I bought it back in July tghrough direct download, eather lost or never got the key. Any sugestions on what I should do.

I have a problem with the in game zoom levels. I'm not sure if it is a bug or I'm just doing something wrong, but i can only zoom in 2 times. I get the really large map and than the medium but for some unknown reason I can not zoom in all the way.

Please help
