Casualties also cause morale to drop, so if the Central Powers are inflicting heavy casualties on the Russians, this contributes to morale plummeting.

What it actually is though is shrouded in FOW, so you just have to keep battering the Russians.

You really need to dislodge those units East of Belgrade Slick, and start to develop the 'Nis Salient'.

This will disrupt the Serbian defence by extending its width and ultimately unhinge the entire Serbian Front.

We do want to extend the diplomactic system, but in a way that doesn't force the player to put too much time in it if they don't want to. Good plan...
