Thanks for the response. Your suggested method allows the movement of every window I try it on except the Pike and Shot game window. When I select it and press alt+space no menu appears. There's something odd about it!

If playing in a window in Windows10, how do you move the window? Clicking and dragging anywhere on the window doesn't seem to work.

When I try to register my newly purchased Pike and Shot Campaigns I get a 404-Page Not Found. Also attempts to update from Build 1.1.0 seem to fail. Perhaps because I've not managed to register the game?
