I have my PL number from Plimus but i was never sent my serial number in a email.

How do i get my serial number back?

I have the date i bought the game......

Hi i bought BFA and BFA - blitzkrieg France on the 13/05/2011, I never received a email with regard to the serial number. My copy of BFA has become corrupted. I do have my PL number if that helps
