It would be useful if there was a patch which gave instructions somewhere how to use some of the more complicated battle cards.

I still have no idea how to use the looting card.

I think that it's the case that in the English campaign you only unlock the lance if you do particularly well in a side mission around level 13 (1370 Lussac) - that was the case for me anyway.

I don't know whether I've missed something, but I can't find anything in the manual or the game explaining how to use the "Looting" card. There have been a few times when I have needed it but haven't been able to use it. I have tried using it on an enemy unit during the battle, but nothing happens ...

Right, after many hours of sweat and toil I have finally cracked this one. :idea: I used these stages:

1) Mass all archers on the left and begin by wiping out the arbalesters and then axemen on the other side of the ford.
2) Send all infantry and cavalry across to deal with the spearmen.

Aha! The charge-retreat-charge-etc tactic appears to work. You have to use archers though to stop their arbalesters wiping out the cavalry. Thanks anyway.

The available side missions aren't that useful and when you get to the repeatable one, it's harder than the main battle. Also, many of the dismounted French knights in 1370 Lussac are Level 10 with large shields and practically indestructible. What are you supposed to do???

I have a PC and Xbox 360 and I would like to buy this game. I understand this game has a control interface tailored for consoles and I prefer to play games on my Xbox when possible. How do the graphics compare between systems: Can the Xbox run the highest settings without lagging?
