Thank you all for the responses! The issue I have is with all infantry (Marines, Airborne, Infantry, Heavy Infantry, Engineers) and I only APPEAR to have 2 "lines" of transportation upgrade options. The first line has the Studebaker and M3 halftrack, but the second line is completely blank...
