I bought it on Tuesday and got the same problem as you.
Today I checked my games and BGD was not listed.
I have sent an email to support, I hope they can give an explanation and solve the issues.

I downloaded the campaign and fully enjoyed playing the first scenario. Great job!!!

Never mind, I found it. I just have to run the game full size and not windowed.

The AI units seem to activate when the player units get at a certain range, meanwhile the stay frozen. This keeps me thinking of all the opportunities missed by the AI to crush the player. I have gone through all your suggestions to no avail.
Game is in K:\ because I had Win Xp in C:\ then I added another HD and installed Win 7 that resulted in K:\
I no longer use Win Xp so everything gets installed in K:\
