DAG Battles Hotseat?

Pretty new to this game, and I've got a question. ;)

The scenarios are great, playable with both sides as human. However, the DAG battles (what I'm really interested in) aren't. :(

Is there a way to play DAG battles in hotseat? Or is it planned to include hotseat options for this?
