When I load my turn it starts out with my movement phase.
I am unable to see my opponents last move/attacks. Just the results.
Is that a bug or something to do with the settings?

The solution was not to restart the game, because that didn't work either.
I had to do a complete reinstall. Please, don't get hacked again.

Since you were hacked I've been unable use multi-player, and still can't.
The most recent issue is that when I access my turn it goes to the map, but in a couple of seconds I get tossed out to desktop...and my resolution has been changed!
You haven't fixed the issue yet.
