I'm not sure what's going on, but I cant seem to place reconstituted units during the replacements phase. I can only seem to place pips into units that are already on the board. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm a long time friend of Mark's, and I know he created a lot of scenarios for this game. He's been very unwell, and I've lost contact with him (I live in New Zealand) and was wondering whether anyone on this forum has an alternative way of contacting him?

I'm considering buying FoG (just the basic game) mainly to play PBEM over the internet. I know a couple of other players but they all have different add-on packs to the game. I am wondering whether it is possible to play against others with different versions of the game/ add on packs?
