Where can i get a copy of the editor please ? I have the CEAW game on disk and the link here for downloading the editor seems dead.

Thanks for the info. I am playing the standard game at ver 1.12 .
I also mistyped my original post. meant to say " utility to change the save game file , so I can basically give back Glasgow" . It seemed this started when I failed to take london and bypassed that city but instead took glasgow.
