Have been playing multi-player with a three opponents for the last few days, no problems. Yet this morning I go to log-on to the multiplayer site and it gives me a message "Seriel number is non-existent" What is that all about?

Still a no go on the RC1 version install. I uninstalled the previous versions. I was only at .99, was there a .999 I needed to install first? If not, does the RC1 version include the earlier updates?

I've been trying to open the latest version of the beta (RC1), but after it asks for my password and appears to start the extraction, I get the following error messages:

A box entitled: 'WinRAR: Diagnostic messages' pops up with the two following messages:

After downloading the file, I can't open it to begin playing, it just seems to loop into a "Do you want to run or save this file"

I doesn't come over as a compressed file, or for some reason it won't let me unzip it. The icon does just shows a file, not the usual "zipped file" you usually get when ...

After downloading file, I get a message to burn to disk. After burning to a CD-R, I can't open the file. If I try to unzip the file with WINZIP, it asks for a password and this is not the personal seriel number I was given. Any ideas out there?

I am having trouble downloading the beta. Once I start the download from the link, hit OPEN on the File Download box, the game looks like it is transferring files (flying paper graphic), but nothing is moving over. What step (?) am I missing?
