I have captured Moscow on Turn 2 and have it saved on my iPad. Soviets moved 2-pip Elite infantry into Zvenigorod from replacements, 5-pip elite tank from Volokolmansk moved in, eliminated inf, and occupied Moscow. Ver 1.16 iPad.

The AI is very weak and predictable. Experiment to see what it will do. I do not even play the game’s Victory Conditions any more.
