Re: Scramble really needs a save game option
Absolutely YES. Without it I always feel rushed. I never stay playing games without a “save” ability.

“Radio Commander” franchise?
I read that the “Radio Commander” franchise was acquired by Slitherine -which I think is good news. I thought The first RC: Vietnam ‘64 (GOG) innovated with potential into other theaters . Will the Radio Commander titles like, RC : Pacific ‘41, be available directly from the Slitherine retail site?

Re: Civil War
American Civil War? Of those I’ve played: I recommend AGEOD “Civil War II”. Strategy/Operational- Very good, challenging, high difficulty. Avail Matrix. Tactical level : The only ones I’ve played is the Sid Miers games ( good, but dated) and the Scourge of War series (excellant), but unfortunately d...

Re: Favorite games
I spend most time with : Scourge of War: Gettysburg, Chancellorsville, Antietam, Brandy Station, and Pipe Creek
Sadly these are have been delisted and no longer available through Siltherine/Matrix.

Re: Steam Store vs Matrix Store
I’ve never had a problem DL directly from Matrix/Slitherine and have been pleased with my purchases.
I avoid Steam. I don’t like their client software running in the background even offline, nor do I like being at their mercy when THEY decide to change their launcher software.

Re: How different from Quadriga?
see that there is some kind of 3D view, although it seems odd that the view is from behind the chariot, rather than the charioteer's perspective. I would find the latter very interesting, the former, not so much. +1. I always prefer a “First-Person” view in 3D games for max immersion. The ability t...

Re: This Sounds great!
Yeah- its sad that Check 6 didn't work out. But I have high hopes for "Scramble". It should bring updated graphics and fully realized 3D aerial combat. I do hope the developers take some time to look at AS, OTR and even FC2 for ideas and see what can work in a WEGO air combat. unfortunatel...

This Sounds great!
Scramble sounds great. I'll snap this up if you can build a solid a single player game. I still play Achtung Spitfire, Over the Reich, and Flight Commander 2. These older classic WEGO flight sims were made by BigTime software. One strength of WEGO design is the ability to simulate wingman and squadr...
