Re: Northern League 2014 - Round 1 R&R

Damn,
I was rather hoping to see 'no detaching of shot after 1670' added.

Can anyone point to a battle in the 1690's where shot was detached?

I saw in the forums a while back that even some of the FOG PC players find the maneuver is ridiculous and they are trying to get the devs to institute a new rule that to move at all you have to pass a CMT. I guess we shall see what the designers in FOG A/M v2 come up with. Originally I enjoyed V1, ...

Just so you guys know why the rules are as they currently are on this issue: Design policy was to keep the game flowing as much as possible. Hence we allowed simple moves after a failed CMT, no requirement for rallying after evades and pursuits and several other items which (as we were well aware) ...

Cheers! I suppose the obvious question would be; how many bases to a unit? What would be the 'about right basing' for 15mm I would like to start on my Russian hordette prior to the rules coming out. What's the basing for GdB? If you base 4x2 infantry or 3x1 cavalry on a 60mm x 45 mm base you'll be a...

If you base 4x2 infantry or 3x1 cavalry on a 60mm x 45 mm base you'll be about right. We allow other basing as well for compatability, but if you're ...
