1) Axis Decisive Victory conditions changed to 32 main hexes (+1).
2) Allied Decisive Victory conditions changed to 38 main hexes (+2).
3) Victrory hexes changed = Rome -1 victory hex. Kiel +1 victory hex.
4) Randomized spawn locations for Yugoslav rebels.

Find file gamerules.pzdat in data folder open it by notepad and find option for surrendering.
There you will see % for surrendering. If there 0% you can change to 50%

Good for both sides fast battle with many action at the beginning.
As always for most of my maps, you have to understand game very well.
Otherwise, some of maps can look not good balanced. ))

Copy scenario files to Scenario folder on disc C: by path User\Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps/Scenario
If you have no Scenario folder then create it by yourself.
Then start the game - new game - scenario - custom.
