Serial number does not work

I'm having trouble with Field of Glory for the Mac. I was sent a serial number for the main program (and also 2 separate emails for 2 expansion, which work fine). This serial number doesn't work (yes its been rechecked, no space) when you open FOG and click on enter serial number. Can you help? OS: ...
