Oh I fixed it.

Moving the Spartan and Gates of Troy game folders to the same location did the job, apparently.

I'm on Vista and it's an English version.

Hi, I just bought Gates of Troy and installed it on my laptop. But for some reason the majority of the in-game text has been replaced a single '@' sign. For instance, on the main menu each button has an '@' instead of 'New Game', 'Load Game' etc... I tried re-installing it but the same thing happene...

I've pretty much fixed the problem now. Seems that playing music on iTunes was causing the blinking

I have Spartan and I've downloaded the patch and stuff. The game seems to be working perfectly except that every few seconds the screen blinks (flashes black very quickly) which is really getting on my nerves :/

I'm playing on Vista btw. Any solution for this please?
