I've got the same issue on the PC, I've gotten all achievements except the blueprint one on Steam. Both on the original game and with the DLC, the achievement did not trigger. I already e-mailed Slitherine support but was redirected here. Sorry, but unfortunately on the helpdesk we do not know enoug...
