Email spam

I'm getting 'your turn' email notifcations at 5 minute intervals for my multiplayer game, this is even after I have completed my turn, they've been coming all day now, could you take a look please?

In the completed Multi player list, whether you have won or lost the game and a few stats around that, percentage won versus lost etc, probably not for everyone but I'd like to know.
