Hey. I just recently heard about these special hero units like Oleh Dir and Rudel. I installed Panzer Corps a few weeks ago, patched to 1.30 and then installed the first few DLC's ('39-41). I didn`t get any of those special hero units and I have no idea why!? They just should spawn automatically but...
