I had a similar issue with NORTON - after the download NORTON blitzed the 'threat'. My work around was to add the download file's name CheckYour6!-SetupRelease-v1.0.0.exe to NORTON'S exception list and re-download the install file. Of course it took me three times before I figured it out... SETTING...
