I installed the game on a new laptop and the graphics freeze up every time. Sometimes I can get through to the first chapter of the Campaign, or start a skirmish and that's all. I performed a clean install of each file individually and even ran the OptionsCleaner file found from another thread.

I'm having a problem with the Multiplayer mode. Whenever I select it, it shows the loading screen saying "connecting" at the bottom but it will never let me begin. None of the buttons at the top are active. What ideas are there to troubleshoot this??
